Orthodontic Assistant – Part-Time (25 Hours/Week) – Orthodontic experience required
Are you an experienced Orthodontic Assistant looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Our orthodontic office is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontic Assistant to join our team!
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients while supporting our orthodontist and team. We are looking for someone with prior orthodontic experience who is eager to grow their skills in the field. This position is approximately 25 hours per week, with a consistent schedule and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist with all clinical procedures
Take digital x-rays and intraoral scans using an iTero scanner
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and appliance care
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Ensure patient comfort and provide a positive experience
Qualifications:
An active Dental Assistant Registration
Orthodontic experience required (please do not apply if you do not have orthodontic experience)
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive attitude
What we offer:
Competitive hourly wage, between $20.00 - $24.00 to start based on experience.
