Position: HR & Finance Specialist
Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $18.00-$21.00/hour
Benefits: Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)
Leave: Holiday/Sick/Vacation
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Supervisor: Director of HR
Role: Administration
Human Resources
Understand agency policies and procedures and support staff by performing customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Assists with the recruitment and interview process including job posting, interview scheduling and file preparation.
Assists with the processing of new hires through on-boarding and orientation.
Create and maintain employee files.
Schedule and track annual training plan for all employees
Maintain FMLA compliance
Finance
Prepare monthly accrual reports for the HR Manager
Manage AP for transportation programs
Manage transactions, reporting, and fiscal compliance of subgrantees
Manage reconciliation and processing of organization credit cards
Other administrative support functions as needed
Successful candidates will have a strong background in human resources and or fiscal operations.
