We are looking for an experienced an automotive technician with some tire service experience:
The Technician must encompasses Company's vision, values and goals into the workplace by performing the following duties:
Diagnose Brakes-Shocks-Suspension Components
Remove and Replace Ball joints-Struts-Brakes-Differentials
Carryout replacement of Small Mechanical Jobs, Belts and Hose replacements etc.
Dismounting and Mounting Tires, Rims while performing Tire Rotations and Flat Repairs when needed.
Participates in training including workflow process, safety, job duties and company policies.
Conducts basic maintenance and cleaning of service bays, equipment, storage areas
Provides helpful, friendly and responsive customer service while providing accurate information aboutn automotive tire and wheel related issues and recommendations to customers.
Skills/Requirements:
ABILITY TO MOUNT AND BALANCE TIRES, INSTALL TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS ; FIX FLATS.
WE WILL PROVIDE TRAINING FOR SOMEONE WILLING TO LEARN (THAT HAS AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE)+
Must excel in a team environment
Must have an upbeat and positive outlook
Must be able to function well in a physically demanding environment
Must be dedicated and reliable
Relevant experience with Brakes, Diagnostic, Dismount and Mount Tires, Flat Repairs, Oil Changes, Suspension Inspections and Repairs.
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Have good organizational skills and able to meet strict deadlines
Be a self-starter & self-motivated
Have the ability to work in a team atmosphere & learn new tasks
Have excellent communication & time management skills
Automotive technicians / mechanics must have reliable attendance
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Be Friendly with customers & Co-workers
1.)Must ensure that all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
2.)Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance
3.)Perform vehicle services to maintain company standards
4.)Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition
5.)Perform related duties as required and assigned by management.
6.)Must be able to lift 50lbs.
The starting pay for this position is based on experience.
