Home performance contractor seeking individuals to join our Crawl Space Restoration team. Must be comfortable working in tight spaces with limited access. We assist clients with in crawl space and attic restoration. Current projects allow us to add additional team members. Successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks focusing on vapor barrier replacement, replacing crawl space foundation ventilation screens, assisting our crews with various tasks onsite.
Our first phase runs between 12/2 - 12/20 paid weekly.
Responsibilities:
Preparing job sites
Loading and unloading materials
Assisting with various tasks
Operating and maintaining equipment and tools
Following safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
Experience with construction equipment and tools is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Additional training provided with advancement
Must be comfortable working in tight unconditioned spaces.

We offer competitive starting pay of $22-28 per hour based on experience and qualifications. With opportunities for growth within the company. Job completion and timeline bonuses may apply.
