Local professional cleaning company seeking Team Members for year around full time work!
$15-18 per hour average based on commission (dependent on experience & ability % pay incentivises those that are skilled & motivated)
Competitive pay and wages based on how quickly and accurately you work!
Full- time Professional Cleaner wanted. We work in Kittitas County only. Cle Elum, Easton, Snoqualmie Pass, Lake Kachess, Roslyn, Ronald, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia, Tumble Creek, Thorp, Ellensburg.
Use Company provided vans & Company provided professional cleaning equipment & products!
Company provided shirts, sweatshirts & hats!
Saturdays are always off!
All Major Holidays and days surrounding Holidays off! (Ask for exact list of yearly Holiday dates that we take off Company wide)
Work Days are Monday through Friday.
Work begins at 8:00 AM unless otherwise prearranged.
Job duties include:
Residential & Commercial cleaning
Post Construction cleaning
Move in/ out cleaning
Rotational house cleaning
Utilizing wide range of cleaning equipment and products
Requirements include:
Minimum of 21 years of age
Able to work utilizing step ladder
Able to work safely following safety protocols and WA State Safety Laws
Self-motivated and pays attention to details
Reliable transportation to get to work
Valid WA driver’s license & good record & be insured on Company Insurance
Punctual with good work attendance & ethic
Able to pass WSP criminal background check
Able to pass pre-employment drug screening
Job history & Professional & Personal references are a plus!
Able to be Insured & Bonded through Company Insurance
Enjoys working inside & driving from job to job
Pleasant demeanor with fellow employees & customers alike (team player)
Clean cut professional appearance & good hygiene
Good physical condition & able to lift at least 25 lbs.
Cleaning experience with references are preferred however we absolutely will train the right person with little to no experience because we believe in hiring for a fantastic personality and motivated "can do" attitude!
