Key Responsibilities:
Perform light plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry repairs as needed.
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues.
Be available for on-call emergencies to address urgent maintenance needs.
Ensure the security of the complex by managing keys and controlling access to units.
Assist with other property management tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be local to the Yakima area.
Availability for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
