Home Care Services Sunnyside is accepting applications for a full-time Office Manager who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and processes to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining office procedures, analyzing growth amongst client referrals, office staff supervision, and task delegation. (Any one position may not include all of the duties listed nor do the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions of this class).
Supervise designated service office operations to ensure compliance with all Home Care Services program policies, procedures, and license requirements; establish and monitor service office staff work plans to ensure all delivery standards are met on a timely basis; implement changes as needed.
Perform designated human resource functions to maintain office personnel, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, and separations.
Manage service issues with clients, client’s families, caseworkers, and employees.
Develop and promote community relations/home care services.
Develop, maintain, and monitor service planning.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in social sciences or a related field
Two years of home care or human service program experience
Two years of supervisory/administrative experience
Knowledge of community-based long-term care agencies
Bilingual Preferred but not required.

401 (k) retirement savings plan. In 2023, SLR offers up to a 3% match to the employee’s contribution. For example, a 2% contribution gets a 2% match from SLR, etc. Contribution and matching to 401 (k) will occur after 1 year of service and 1000 hours of service.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Chaplain Service provides emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and spiritual support.
Public Loan Forgiveness eligible employer.
