Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Construction & Property Management

Job Overview: Full-time - Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support construction project management and property management tasks in a busy office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate construction project schedules and maintain documentation.

Assist with property management tasks including lease administration and tenant communication.

Handle general administrative duties such as phone calls, emails, and scheduling.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Maintain organized filing systems and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

High school diploma; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior administrative experience, ideally in construction or property management.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Trainable - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
