Office Manager

Heavy bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, process work orders, time card tracking, payroll, reconcile bank accounts, administration of 401(k)/health insurance, data entry & other various duties for small but busy machine & fabrication shop.

Minimum 5 years prior experience in similar position.

Experience with Word, Excel & QuickBooks required.

Ability to obtain Notary Public appointment.
