Tamarack Industries is on the lookout for a driven, personable Inside Sales Representative to help grow our business and support our valued customers. Based in Yakima, WA, we’re a locally rooted plastics manufacturing company known for our versatility, quality, and commitment to customer service. We are small in size, but play a big role across industries, providing customized thermoforming and injection molding solutions that make a real impact.

As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be a key player in driving business success.

What You’ll Do:

Own the day-to-day sales process, from prospecting and outreach to order processing and post-sale support

Cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers

Represent Tamarack with professionalism, product expertise, and a consultative mindset

Keep detailed records of interactions and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and responsive customer experience

Collaborate with our production and customer service teams to deliver on our service promise

Who You Are:

A confident communicator who is eager to pursue new sales opportunities, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships

Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and solution-focused

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Able to efficiently navigate and utilize Microsoft Office programs

Experience in B2B sales preferred but not required

Salary Range:

$40-60K (Depending on Qualifications) with bonus potential based on performance.
