Tamarack Industries is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team.

We are a smaller, local plastics manufacturing company that is committed to developing our people and providing great service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have business-to-business sales experience and a background in/knowledge of the plastics industry, particularly thermoforming and custom injection molding.

Responsibilities:

Be knowledgeable of Tamarack’s manufacturing capabilities, product lines, and the solutions they provide to ensure potential and existing customers’ needs are met

Identify qualified prospects, make effective sales calls, and manage follow ups appropriately to close sales

Maintain and expand existing client relationships by identifying new sales opportunities and offering exceptional service

Maintain and update the customer database and daily call schedule in Tamarack’s CRM

Receive and process sales orders based on customers’ needs

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Sales experience in business-to-business sales and customer service (preferred but not required)

Experience in or knowledge of thermoforming and custom injection molding (preferred but not required)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
