Up to 45% commission (tiered structure based on performance) + tips
$19-$25/hour base rate OR commission, whichever is greater
Annual income potential: $45K-$80K for full-time positions

What You'll Be Doing
Create stunning looks using clean, eco-friendly Aveda and OWAY products
Provide exceptional hair services - cuts, colors, balayage, highlighting, extensions, and more
Build meaningful connections through personalized consultations and exceptional client experiences
Develop and maintain your client book with our marketing support
Participate in team education, Aveda training, and professional development
Join community outreach projects that reflect our commitment to making a difference
Represent Studio 16's values of creativity, kindness, and environmental care
What We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license (required)
2+ years of experience preferred (or 1+ if you're hungry and coachable)
We're also excited to train passionate newcomers who are the right fit
Technical Skills - We especially value expertise in:
Blonding (balayage, highlights, color correction)
Extensions (tape-in, hand-tied, etc.)
Haircutting (precision cuts, texturizing, all lengths)
Your Qualities

Position Details
Start Date: ASAP (November 2025 preferred)
Trial Period: 90 days (mutual evaluation of fit)
Employment Type: Part-time or full-time available
Schedule: Flexible shifts including 6-10 hour options, day and evening availability, weekends as needed
Location: Prime Yakima location with high visibility and ample parking
