Local, family-owned automotive repair shop is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic / Technician to join our team. We will also consider an apprentice with the right attitude and eagerness to learn.
This is a full-time position with an opportunity to grow alongside a trusted community business.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, recommend, and perform repairs on vehicles
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
Communicate clearly with team members and customers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. as needed
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment (shop equipment provided)
Must have own toolbox (or at minimum, basic tools)
Detail-oriented and comfortable using computers
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
