Absolute Comfort Technology, LLC is seeking skilled and motivated HVAC Installers to join our growing team! We’re hiring for both residential and commercial installation positions. Position Overview:
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential or commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure every job is done safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems including ductwork, units, thermostats, and controls
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and safety standards
Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and other trades as needed
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications:
1+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
EPA Certification preferred (not required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
