Licensed Technician for Fire Protection industry

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system design and installation, with specific expertise in Backflow testing, commercial system testing, repair and hood cleaning. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and compliance of our projects, as well as providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Design, install, and maintain fire related equipment. such as fire Suppression, fire extinguishers, back flow, gas line services, hood cleaning

Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Collaborate with sales teams to support fire ystem sales initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing technical support and guidance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fire extinguishers

Prepare detailed reports on system performance, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to fire safety.

Qualifications

Relevant certification in fire Suppression, fire extinguishers, back flow, gas line services, hood cleaning, alarm systems or related fields is preferred.

Proven experience in system design, installation, or maintenance of fire alarms or sprinkler systems.

Strong understanding of construction inspection processes and safety regulations.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in fire suppression, alarm system sales is a plus.
