Position Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference Peach Tree Retirement Center is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team
What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical repairs and basic remodeling
Paint interiors and exteriors to keep our community looking its best
Maintain and care for our beautiful grounds through mowing fertilizing and landscaping
Address residents’ maintenance requests including patching walls snaking toilets and repairing fans and light switches
Shampoo carpets and ensure common areas are clean and inviting
Safely navigate ladders and crawl spaces to address various maintenance needs
Qualifications
Mechanical Aptitude Strong understanding of maintenance and repair processes
Hands On Skills Experience with painting plumbing and general repairs
Physical Ability Must be able to climb ladders crawl in tight spaces and lift heavy objects
Team Player Work well with colleagues and residents providing excellent service and support
