An orchard operation is looking to fill a foreman/supervisor position. This is a full time position, in a friendly, family oriented operation. This is a great career opportunity at a large, well known operation that has been in business for over 95 years.
The foreman will oversee day to day operations of a 10-18 man crew through all aspects of the orchard operation including, pruning, fertilizing, planting, irrigation, pesticide application, and harvest. Daily operations include transportation and supervision of crew.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
-Ability to work in a team environment, be a hard worker, and enthusiastic about working outdoors.
- Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish fluently.
- Some experience with labor management and orchard operations is a plus.
- Ability to operate equipment such as tractors, forklifts, backhoes and other equipment is a must.
- Must be able to work well with others and have good communication skills.
- Must be willing to learn and have a can-do attitude.
- Must be Organized.
- Must be willing to relocate to a on farmhouse.
