Job Description

• Deliver commercial solutions through commercial understanding of client needs, matching these with Daisy and supplier capabilities
• Achieve revenue and profit targets for new and existing client performance and client retention.
• Use & interpret key data to deliver initiatives to secure revenues, e.g. profitability reports.
• Analyse profitability and return on investment of commercial proposals.
• Analyse current market proposals
• Ad hoc resolution of commercial client issues.
• Some system development, as required in Excel and/ or Access, using macros and/ or VBA.
• Delivery of, reporting on and supporting new business proposal.
• Working with sales, client management, suppliers and customers, latter two directly where appropriate, to construct winning commercial propositions.

Qualifications

• Commercial Acumen – must have a good grasp of Break Even Points, and Return on Investment analysis.
• Analytical background – ability to analyse and interpret data and identify trends and issues.
• MS Excel – using Excel to create formulas, such as IF clauses, VLOOKUP, & Pivot Tables, as well as representing data graphically.
• Strong team-working, interpersonal and relationship building skills to facilitate working with clients, suppliers and internal team members.
• Highly motivated and capable of delivering to tight deadlines and targets under pressure.
• Demonstrable attention to detail.

• Negotiation Skills.
• Project delivery experience.
• Experience of working for a Systems Integration.
• VBA knowledge would be a bonus.
