The IT Program Manager - ERP, is responsible for leading all program management office (PMO) functions, including tools and reporting, and process management for ERP projects & initiatives. They are responsible for implementing, dissemination and maintenance of project management standards as well as the monitoring of compliance to the standards by the program and project teams. They will be responsible for ensuring that the team is meeting expectations. They will also identify and define improvements to the processes, performance metrics, and dashboards and will communicate any changes to those responsible for maintaining the processes and PPM tool.
The IT Program Manager will oversee the Project management activities performed by the Analysts related to:
• Process Adoption
• Process Improvement
• Tools and Reporting
This role will work closely with the IT Leadership team as they work to improve the project management metrics and processes. The program manager will also work closely with the Solution Delivery teams as they work to ensure that the Project management processes and the PPM tool are being properly utilized across the programs and that the available dashboards and metrics are appropriate and useful for the IT Leadership team.
