Description We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, located in Appleton, Wisconsin. The selected individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks including front desk operations, customer account management, and communication tasks.Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries Managing front desk operations and greeting customers Maintaining and managing customer accounts Accurate data entry and order entries Answering customer calls and providing excellent customer service Scheduling appointments as per customer requirements Efficiently sorting and managing mail Using Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks Corresponding with customers via email when requiredRequirements Demonstrated proficiency in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally. Proven experience in a call center customer service role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on active listening and empathetic communication. Solid data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally, ensuring prompt responses and follow-up actions. Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, proficient in maintaining customer relationships and escalating issues when needed. Experience in order entry, ensuring accurate capture and processing of customer orders.
