Rooming patients
Cleaning exam rooms
Instrument sterilization
Disability and FMLA form completion
Prescription call-ins
Pre-op paperwork preparation
Pre-auth and Pre-certification of procedure
Appointment scheduling
Phone triage
CT Scan knowledge and patient set-up
Ordering of supplies
Surgery scheduling (back up)
Assist and take direction from physicians
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Medical terminology knowledge
Ability to complete paperwork specific to medical treatment/care
1+ years of medical assistant experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
