New Business Installation Manager

DescriptionResponsibilities/Essential Functions:Ensure the timely and accurate installation of all new business, coordinating with customers and AUS service team ; Coordinate measuring of wearers at account and complete garment orders ; Schedule initial installation date with customers and AUS service team; Review accuracy and approve all orders prior to processing; Conduct merchandise audits, customer inventory analysis, inventory management and quality control checks; Maintain close coordination and teamwork with Production, Service and Sales to achieve service objectives and deliver outstanding customer serviceKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Demonstrated customer service, leadership, and communication skills; Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills; Solid computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office softwareWorking Environment/Safety Requirements:Must be able to frequently lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, as well as load/unload product from a truck without assistanceExperience: Minimum two years of service industry experienceTravel Requirements: Ability to travel as requiredEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferredLocation: 1710 W Washington St. Appleton, WI 54914Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. Responsible for reviewing and interpreting plan documents and serve as a resource to the Plan Sponsors through Client Reviews, plan design consulting, fee benchmarking, fiduciary reviews, conducting employee group and one-on-one meetings, responding to inquiries and counselling participants about incoming rollovers, distribution options, investment allocations and savings guidance. Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external business partners. Manage all aspects of client interaction, including plan conversions, plan design, investment offerings, participant education requirements and participant accounting (recordkeeping) service delivery through \"hands-on\" and indirect team member oversight approaches. Actively manage inherent risks by adhering to internal policies and procedures, complex and evolving DOL/IRS/SEC regulatory requirements and exercising sound judgment. Lead or actively participate in key initiatives to improve client experience, services, sales toolkit, client retention and solution offerings. Complete, timely and accurate documentation of client relationship for fiduciary, regulatory and internal client relationship management reporting.
