This position will have the ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and executing Power Delivery projects, managing and developing client relationships, and marketing POWER's Power Delivery services to existing and new clients in the respective region. Other responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities

Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships

Manage status reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable, and unbilled for each project

Collaborate with project design teams

Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team

Develop & maintain schedules, lead project status meetings with project teams, oversee budgets, participate in proposal preparation, take a leading role in client relationships

Work primarily with Power Delivery, but may also interface with other divisions, based on the nature of any particular project

This position will primarily have local travel to regional clients

Demonstrated Project Management skills should include CPM scheduling, budget and cost analysis, managing project teams, as well as proposal writing, client marketing, and project presentations

Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's in Engineering or Business or other related fields.

Minimum of 15 years relevant/applicable industry experience.

Minimum of 10 years relevant project management experience.

Familiarity with US investor-owned, cooperative, and municipal electric utilities.

Professional Engineering registration or PMP certification, with preference to candidates who hold both.

Relevant experience includes project management and/or lead engineer on Large scale Transmission and Distribution projects.

Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools.

Understanding of the planning, design and operation of transmission and distribution systems and facilities.

Proficiency with financial analysis tools in a utility and/or consulting setting.

Experience in project controls.

POWER is a fun engineering firm. That might seem contradictory to some, but it works for us!Salary DOE : The pay range for this position is $75,000-$163,000 per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.

Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external business partners. Manage all aspects of client interaction, including plan conversions, plan design, investment offerings, participant education requirements and participant accounting (recordkeeping) service delivery through \"hands-on\" and indirect team member oversight approaches. Actively manage inherent risks by adhering to internal policies and procedures, complex and evolving DOL/IRS/SEC regulatory requirements and exercising sound judgment. Lead or actively participate in key initiatives to improve client experience, services, sales toolkit, client retention and solution offerings. Complete, timely and accurate documentation of client relationship for fiduciary, regulatory and internal client relationship management reporting.
