Gardina's Kitchen & Bar in downtown Oshkosh is looking to add an experienced server to our team.
Gardina's is a family-owned restaurant, serving some of the Fox Valley's most inventive cuisine with a bar program focused on craft cocktails, wine and craft beer set in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking Main St.
Expectations & Requirements:
Previous restaurant experience (not required, but priority will be given to those with applicable experience)
Pleasant personality and strong inter-personal skills
Ability to multi-task
Familiarity with wine, cocktails and craft beer a plus (a working knowledge is required)
NIGHT/WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
Familiarity with POS system operations
Ability to take direction, and work within a team atmosphere
Strong dedication to customer service and the customer experience
