️ What We Do
We specialize in building custom post-frame structures — from barns and workshops to commercial facilities and agricultural buildings. If you’ve ever driven by a perfectly squared-up pole barn and thought, “I want to build that,” you’re in the right place.
What You’ll Do
Help construct beautiful, rugged post-frame buildings from the ground up
Learn to read blueprints, set posts, frame walls, install trusses, and run metal siding/roofing
Use professional-grade tools (nailers, impacts, levels, saws) — and get trained the right way
Work outdoors, stay fit, and be part of a reliable team that’s proud of their craft
What We’re Looking For
A solid work ethic and dependability
A willingness to learn, take direction, and ask questions
Comfortable with heights and hand tools
Construction experience is a plus, but we train the right people
