We build Linked Living TM Home Additions - We build both modular and stick built additions, primarily for seniors and those with special needs. By building these living spaces we enable families to take care of their loved ones but also give them independent spaces to live. We are looking for someone who really believes in our mission, someone who has the same “Why” as we do.

Pay:
$30-$50 hourly
Summary:
We are looking for a framing foreman to lead a framing crew including stick framing of buildings on site, modular built framing, modular install, and related carpentry work.If this person is skilled in finish carpentry as well, there is an opportunity to work in finish carpentry as well.

Position Responsibilities:
Work to be performed includes but not limited to:
Framing
Window/Door Installation
Preparing Customer Site for Installation
Module packaging, transportation, and installation
Other carpentry type work as needed

Normally Monday-Friday - Saturdays on rare occasion
Average 45 hrs weekly - Varies with project needs
Travel Needed:
To job sites as needed
Location:
Fox Valley - Current Modular Building Facility Site located in Appleton
Job site locations vary - typically within 1 hour of Appleton
