We are seeking 1099 Independent Contractors in and surrounding areas of Appleton and Outagamie County to complete on-site inspections for insurance underwriting purposes. You will identify all hazards or concerns and provide photographs and measurements for Residential & Commercial properties.
Requirements:
Ability to take Quality Photos with a smart phone or digital camera.
Must pass a pre-employment background check, and motor vehicle report.
Knowledge of construction materials (Roofing, Siding, Foundations)
Professional conduct.
Car insurance.
Driver’s License
Equipment:
Reliable vehicle.
6-foot monopod or camera pole.
Measuring device (measuring wheel).
Windows-based computer.
High-speed internet connection.
Smart phone or digital camera with location services.
Pay:
Independent Contractors- paying anywhere $8.00 - $90.00 per case depending on vendor, inspection type, etc.
We pay every 2 weeks direct deposit & Offer additional Pay for travel cases as needed.
Hours:
Flexible – Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. - Dusk.
Part-time, Full-time & Weekend position available.
