We are a small growing company located in Neenah Wi in business since 2004
We specialize in

-Concrete Work
-Lawn and Landscape Maintenance and Mowing
-Snow Removal In the winter
We also repair, maintain and sell various equipment to customers.
Typical Hours: 6/8:30am - 3/6pm Monday - Friday Some weekends
Hours may vary on weather and workload at times.
Basic Required Qualifications For basic positions to apply (based on job applying for):
- Hands on, fast paced, hardworking, physical shape to handle the work
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Operate hand held power equipment.
- Motivated for high quality, attention to detail, types of projects
- Dependable, On-time, Trustworthy, Honest, Team Player
- Must have solid references
ADVANCED SKILLED LABOR POSITION PLEASE SEE BELOW - Experience and qualifications from the list below will likely increase starting pay based on number of skills and experience you have.
SKILLED WORKERS OR FORMAN(lead) positions will be skilled in multiple areas listed below or other areas that compliment the type of work we do and may make greater income opportunity. Experience and competency for foreman lead type positions are required (or willingness to learn from a starting position ):

- Valid Drivers License
- Possibly Valid CDL
- General Construction knowledge, reading levels, blueprints etc.
- Ability to supervise a 2-4 person crew
- Ability to track job materials and hours
- Ability to foresee the needed equipment and materials for the days job load
- Ability to read a plan and implement
- Knowledge of landscape construction and techniques
- Knowledge of Concrete and Concrete construction technique and finishing
- Hardscape installations knowledge (retaining wall, patios, walkways)
- Use of medium duty or Heavy duty construction equipment
- Laser plane(transit) knowledge
- Competancy and experience estimating jobs dealing with contracts and organization.
- Landscape plant and trees identification and planting techniques
- Pruning techniques
- Valid WI drivers license and dependable transportation
- 3+ Construction experience
- Fluent with construction tools (tape measure, levels, saws, shovels, etc.)
- Snow removal knowledge
- Mechanical Repair Knowledge (Fixing equipment, trucks etc)
