Part-Time Maintenance Man needed by PJL Properties, LLC. We are a small company with only 8 residential units in Neenah down by the Public Library: 3 duplexes and 2 large single family houses. We are looking for an honest, responsible, maintenance person who is capable of doing general home repairs to include minor plumbing; minor electrical; fixing siding, fascia, soffits and roof leaks; repairing a plaster bedroom ceiling (skip trowel); repairing kitchen appliances (especially dishwashers & garbage disposals).
