Work 40-45 hours/week on average Maintain normal business hours. Will need to work weekends and some holidays.
Operate the register/credit card machines and interact with customers to provide a high level of customer service on each interaction.
Ensure store opening and closing procedures are completed including items related to cleanliness and maintenance of location including food service areas.
Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors
Perform cashier duties (ring sales and maintain cash control)
Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments
Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)
Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Tik Tok, Instagram,
Run regular social promotions and campaigns while tracking their success.
Establish and maintain relationships with influencers
Engage in conversations with our audience
Developing a creative aspect for the company and staying up to date with social media trends
Potentially being the "face" of the
1. Proficient in social media platforms and streaming software.
2. Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
3. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
4. Strong customer service skills with the capability to address audience inquiries effectively.
5. Basic understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
6. Preferably, previous experience in sales, retail, e-commerce, hosting, or related fields.
