We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality solutions. We're looking for a versatile professional to join our team as a Sales & Administrative Specialist. This position combines sales expertise with administrative and HR responsibilities to support our growing operations.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Field Work:
-Accompany technicians on service calls to close deals and upsell services.
-Present quotes to customers and close deals.
-Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Administrative Support:
-Perform administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and processing paperwork.
-Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Human Resources & Policies:
-Develop and maintain employee handbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
-Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
-Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, administrative roles, or HR functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Knowledge of the garage door industry is a plus, but not required.
