We are looking for a Sales Manager that will handle all calls and customers that come in, who are inquiring about trailers, truck beds and trailer parts/accessories that we sell. Will also assist customers on custom order trailers, post ads on social media, keep up to date on new inventory, and much more. Must have good communication skills, reliable, quick learner, motivated and be able to work independently, present themselves well for the public and have a good working knowledge of computers.
Must be able to work Mon.- Fri. 9am-5pm & Sat. 9am-Noon. Position is Salary + Commission. Year End bonus if sales goals are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: (including, but not limited to)
- SALES! SALES SALES
- Organizational skills & money handling
- Computer knowledge: Must have knowledge of Excel & Word.
- Physically able to assemble some trailers when they arrive and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Able to drive a forklift and skid steer to move trailers
- Keep lot and office organized and clean
- Help customers with trailer parts/accessories
Prior sales experience is needed. Selling of parts, truck beds, equipment and automotive knowledge is helpful. Must be somewhat familiar with trailers and how to hook them up to vehicles. Knowledge of automotive wiring, basic mechanical skills (putting tires on) is very helpful.
