Seeking an ambitious, dependable employee with a great attitude and work ethic. The job would be for three days a week, with full-day work commitments.
A typical week will include preparing apartments and houses for rent. Must be willing to get dirty and have an interest in drywall work, window installation, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, and some lawn and snow removal.
You will be responsible for completing maintenance requests and improving the resident living experience and property appearance.
Pay based on experience and ability to learn. Pay is every other week.
