Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Journeyman Framing Carpenters to join our team for an exciting project in Waupun, Wisconsin.
PER DIEM AND HOTEL PROVIDED FOR DAYS WORKED
PAY: $30/hour
Hours: 48 hours/week (Monday - Thursday 10-12 hr days)
Duration: 5 months
Start: 04/14/2025
Carpenter Responsibilities:
Building the structural framework of gas stations
Wood framing
Measuring, cutting, and assembling building
Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
Collaborate with other carpenters and construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Carpenter Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience required ; looking for experienced Framing Carpenters ; stick framed buildings
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Ability of bending, standing, kneeling, using ladder as needed
Additional Requirements:
Basic carpentry hand tools and tool belt
Basic PPE - hard hat, hi vis, steel toes, gloves and glasses
Reliable transportation
