Baseman Floors INC is a family owned, family run company on it's fourth generation. We have never been a big company but we pride ourselves on being a good place to work. We do both hardwood gymnasium flooring and portable arena style hardwood athletic floors. We do a lot of professional team floor sanding and finishing right at our facility in Appleton. Learn how to install, sand, apply graphics and finish wood athletic floors!
Responsiblities: hard working, focused, efficient, willing and ready to learn.
Work experience: no prior experience in the wood floor industry is required but it helps. We are happy to teach/train a driven individual that's ready to learn.
Education: at least a high school diploma.
Pay is based as much or more on your drive than your experience.
