compensation: $25-30 per hour plus overtime over 40 hours Bi-Weekly pay periods

Carpenters for current and upcoming projects. Candidate must be dependable and willing to complete the project from start to finish, and work overtime as required. Must work safely, be self-motivated, and a team player. Must be able to follow direction and have the ability to read construction drawings. The jobsite is indoors and has fluctuating temperatures. Personal hand tools are required.
Reports To: Shop Supervisor
Job Qualifications:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Install subflooring
Construct wood walls
Install dry wall
Install doors, cabinets, and countertops
Fit and install trim
Measure, cut shape, assemble and join materials
Minor drywall work
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and sketches
Minimum 5-8 years of experience
Must possess valid driver’s license.
Some travel to the job site to set the modular buildings is required.
Responsible for cleanliness and safety of work area.
