Spencer Concrete is hiring a full-time Concrete Foreman in Appleton.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to run a crew, manage site flow, and get clean work done on time. From layout to finish, you’ll be in charge of quality, communication, and keeping jobs moving — with a crew that respects experience and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead flatwork and decorative concrete crews
- Manage timelines, layouts, and daily production
- Communicate with clients and team members
- Keep safety and quality front and center
Pay: $32–$42/hr
Location: Appleton, WI — local work, home every night
Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri + optional Saturdays in season
