Job Responsibilities
Maintain the maintenance spare parts inventory with accurate records through the use of the maintenance management systems
Complete purchase requisitions as required by corporate purchasing
Issues parts to maintenance, refrigeration, and other plant personal
Communicates with maintenance, refrigeration, and supervisory employees to ensure the correct parts are on hand when needed
Track parts inventory daily
Orders, receives, and restocks the maintenance parts
Keeps the parts room clean and organized
Maintains and communicates receiving records
Assist the storeroom coordinator and other duties as assigned
Manage picklists and cycle counts
Collection and closing of work orders and P.M.'s using the Enterprise Asset Management system AM
Assist with storeroom second and third shift vacation coverage and other projects associated with the storeroom
Ability to work weekends to cover production and flexible to cover other shifts when needed
Will need to cover base with another employee on first shift
Communication through phone/two-way radio
Take and relay Emergency Response Team calls
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One-year industrial work experience
PHYSICAL: No work restrictions prohibiting standing for long periods of time

Ability to multitask between telephone calls, radio calls and servicing the counter
Ability to read, write and speak English
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
Two years industrial experience in poultry industry
Previous data entry (computer skills) experience
Machine parts/mechanical parts knowledge of familiarity
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and parts manuals
No restrictions prohibiting lifting 50 pounds
Good typing skills
