The Executive Recruitment function will be instrumental in leading and implementing process, improvements, rigor, analytics, delivery, and creativity to create a best-in-class leadership recruitment function for Kerry North America.1.Develop collaborative relationships and partnership with HR leadership and business leaders to provide recruiting expertise, market related intelligence, and counsel on a variety of talent issues to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.2.Effectively interpret and translate business strategy and people requirements into original and compelling career opportunities to attract top, leadership talent.3.Role model activities across the team to ensure creativity, resourcefulness, initiative, and persistence in sourcing for hard to fill or unique positions.4.Ensuring a candidate concierge experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.5.Manage communication and operating rhythms with hiring managers, ensuring talent engagement strategies, candidate pipelines, and channel effectiveness align to meet hiring goals.6.Manage detailed metrics and data to share with key stakeholders on a regular basis.7.Ensuring full compliance with applicable federal and state employment regulations in all aspects of the recruitment life cycle. Optimally use all aspect of ATS system capabilities to capture required data, provide reporting, streamline efforts and ensure efficiency in all processes and procedures.8.Manage third party relationships, focusing on identifying and building strong partners for leadership across Kerry9.Provide recruitment training and counsel to hiring manager, effectively evolving the recruitment culture across the organization10.Utilize analytics to focus and guide the business on relevant actions that advance the function11.Strongly partner with the global function, business, and communications to optimize our online presence12.Identify, participate, and manage recruitment outreach and eventsQualifications and skillsThe ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-confident, and successful senior recruiter with solid functional expertise and creativity around the full life cycle of recruiting.

Must be a team player with an energy level and drive that motivates those around her/him to persevere through changing priorities to meet agreed upon service levels. Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with a strong sense of urgency to deliver for the business.

Bachelors degree in relevant field or commensurate successful executive recruitment experience

8-10 years demonstrated progressive experience delivering full-life-cycle recruitment

Blend of corporate and executive search experience strongly preferred
