Description We are offering a contract for a Part Time Bookkeeper role (30 hours/week), based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. As a Part Time Bookkeeper, you will be part of a team working within the industry, responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, and payroll duties.Responsibilities: Accurately process full cycle accounts receivable Review and post cash to the correct accounts, ensuring accuracy in the reconciliation process Provide support during the month end close procedures Take an active role in automating the accounts payable processes Oversee inventory control measures to ensure accurate records Act as a backup for payroll and other miscellaneous duties Employ data entry skills to maintain accurate customer credit records Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various tasks.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential Must have knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Expertise in Bank Reconciliations is necessary Prior experience in Bookkeeping is highly desirable Must be skilled in Data Entry tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Experience with Month End Close tasks is necessary Must have knowledge of Payroll procedures Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
