 We are seeking an Inplant Manager to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including maintaining INX's on-site ink room and making ink. As an Inplant Manager, you will be responsible for:Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing inkManufacturing batches of ink up to 150 lbsPerforming Quality Control tests on site-manufactured batchesInventory management and monthly consignment countsMaintaining customer satisfaction by superior serviceMaintaining sound relations with customersEnsuring that the INX representative understands any technical problems encountered by customer, resolving them immediately and documenting appropriatelyDirecting, coordinating, and planning the activities of INX Inplant TechniciansCommunicating and training   all INX Inplant Techs on operational procedures, assuring they are understood and implemented when applicableProviding continued operational support and conducting inplant quality audits
