Job DescriptionInsight Global is hiring Project Managers for a Next Generation Pipeline Contractor to sit onsite at pipeline project sites in Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Nebraska. The Project Manager position will provide management in the field to ensure success of the overall project by completing the project on time and on budget, while maintaining a safe work environment. The PM will also be responsible for understanding the terms of the contract, identifying change orders, controlling cost, managing schedule, handling subcontracts, and managing resources to ensure projects are profitable. A big portion of the role is relationship management and cost control, so a successful candidate will have demonstrated experience thriving in both areas.1. New business procurement: Networking and Building Relationships with Clients, Subcontractors, Vendors and Employees Estimating and Budget Pricing, Quantity Surveys, Proposing and Negotiating2. Managing current work: Cost Control: Budgeting, Subcontracts, Monitoring Actual Costs and Productions, Invoice Approval, Subcontractor Billings, and Estimating Costs at Completion Project Delivery: Permits, Coordinating and Scheduling Employees, Equipment, Subcontractors, Vendors and Agencies Revenue: Progress Billing, Pricing and Negotiating Change Orders, and Collecting Receivables Communicating: Correspondence, Phone Calls, Requests for Information, Change Order Requests, Submittals, Progress Meetings and Change Orders Administrative: Diary or Daily Report, Maintain Project File and Progress Photos3. Close Out jobs: Final Billing, Retention Release, Claim Resolution, Job History and Close Project FilesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
