We are currently looking for an experienced Resident Assistant or an individual that has their CNA. A CNA is not required if you have experience with being a Resident Assistant.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the residents physical and emotional well-being.
Current Openings:
Full-Time
Part-Time
1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm
2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm
FT- 32 Hours a week
PT- 16-24 Hours a week

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with daily tasks including: bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and any other activities of daily living as delegated by the Nurses per the individualized care plans
Build rapport with residents by establishing connections and being genuinely interested in their lives
Maintain care records that follow The Classics policies
Documents and reports changes in physical and emotional condition
Promotes independence with residents, offering choices and fostering self-help skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous Resident Assistant work experience or training
CNA is not required but is a plus
Good steward of time and resources
Able to communicate effectively including written and verbal skills
Able to work well both individually and as part of a team
Able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
