We’re hiring 1–2 dependable cleaners to join our team for an evening route Sunday–Thursday. Work includes routine commercial cleaning (trash, dusting, restrooms, vacuum/mop, wipe-downs) using a checklist we provide.
Schedule & Hours
Primary route: Sun–Thu evenings, about 4 hours per night (20 hrs/week)
Optional extra shifts: Opportunities in Cumberland and Ladysmith can increase weekly hours (up to 30–35 hrs/week depending on assignments)
Start/finish times are set with the team and are after normal business hours
Pay & Growth
$18/hr starting rate
+$2 raise at 3 months ($20/hr) based on reliability/performance
Potential to pick up more hours as we staff additional contracts
Transportation
If you live nearby, pickup is available; otherwise you can drive yourself to the site
