JOB DESCRIPTION: Irrigation Foreman (Techs also needed)

In addition to Landscaping, Irrigation, Lawn and Tree Applications, we offer complete Grounds Care for both summer and winter seasons for HOA's, Apartments and Commercial Properties, as well as General Handyman Services.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Duties include irrigation maintenance, repair, installation, design, wiring, troubleshooting, start-ups, blow-outs, etc. Attention to detail, strong Planning/Organizing skillset, strong communication skillset and multitasking are all qualities that are needed for this position. This is a year-round position which also requires providing snow removal services during the winter season.
The foreman position is responsible for the overall direction of project/job-site, working with and reporting to the Supervisor. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to get results through others in a positive work environment. The Irrigation Foreman is a key component in our ability to sell and install additional landscaping within our portfolio of work.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: (Foreman OnlyTech just need irrigation experience)
Valid driver's license and possess or ability to obtain DOT Health Card
General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office applications
Organized and detailed to complete services in professional manner
Ability to lift 75lbs and safely operate truck and trailer as well as all trade equipment
Positive attitude, hardworking and organized individual to work in a team environment
Ability to lead a crew of two to three
Ability to work with all levels of employees
Ability to pass random drug screens
2 years Irrigation experience in a Crew Leader setting including all aspects of maintenance, design, repair, installation, wiring, troubleshooting, start-ups, and blow-outs.
Snow removal experience (Preferred¦not required)
COMPENSATION: $15 - $22 Hourly dependent upon qualifications and experience. Position will be full time year round.
