Primary Responsibilities:
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Exhibit excellent general construction skills, using hand and power tools to perform a variety of assigned tasks
Safe use of construction equipment, including telehandlers, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts
Accurately place and install various building systems and components, including insulation systems, metal building systems, doors, windows, roof systems, and building trims and accessories
Work schedule: 40+ hours per week as needed
Requirements
Exhibit the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation manuals
Dependable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to constantly demonstrate quality workmanship
Awareness of personal safety, the safety of others, and strict adherence to company safety programs and OSHA/MSHA rules
Ability to work at heights and under adverse field conditions
Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions and effectively communicate with others
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Must be physically able to lift heavy objects, walk or stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous labor.
Existing certifications for equipment operation, welding or Construction Safety training are a plus.
