AMS Spectral UV is the leader in UV and UV-LED Print Curing Systems and we are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team in a permanent, full-time position.
JOB DUTIES:
Perform electrical and mechanical assembly, and functional testing
Assembly with basic hand and power tools
Troubleshooting and repairs of assemblies
Perform other miscellaneous duties, as assigned
Self-motivated individual willing to take the initiative to get things done
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma, or Equivalent
1 to 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Safety oriented
Positive attitude
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems
Ability to create and promote a positive work environment
Ability to prioritize and respond accordingly
Ability to be flexible and open-minded to change; find a better way
Ability (thru training) to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
Carry, lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
Able to safely use hand and power tools
Stand or Sit for majority of work day
