SERVICE WRITER
We are looking to adding to our team!
Job Duties Include:
Answering incoming service phone calls, and emails.
Scheduling guest appointments
Do motorcycle check-ins, and walk around
Advise guests on repairs needed
Writing up work orders and closing them out
Perform follow up calls to customers
Move motorcycles around shop
Qualifications:
General understanding of motorcycle mechanics (dealership experience preferred)
1 year customer service experience
Valid motorcycle endorsement
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Service Writer
Some experience working on motorcycles
Strong attention to detail, and good customer service skills.
