Sales Representative at Affordable Exteriors Inc.
We have Minnesota and Wisconsin offices.
Realistic Salary: $100K+ + + per year (commission based with unlimited potential)

We pay your (home exteriors) commission on a Check for Check system, which means you get paid FAST, no waiting months and months.
We provide overlapping services that promote sales and will compound your commission.
We offer different product/service categories for you to earn commission from:
Home Exterior Products: Roofing, Siding, Windows, Soffit/Fascia, and Gutters.
We provide pre-qualified leads.

Affordable Exteriors is seeking motivated and high energy people to join our growing sales force in our Minnesota and Wisconsin offices. You will be selling to residential and commercial customers.
No experience required, but experience is a plus! We will teach and train you to succeed.
We offer very generous commission structures and fast pay! We support you throughout the entire sales process. We are an honest and ethical company and we are good to our people!

Requirements:
You must be self-motivated, high energy, and willing to learn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to be positive, friendly, and professional.
Ability to learn the software programs we use (easy stuff - we will teach you).
High school or equivalent. (preferred)
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Must own a smartphone or iPad type device, or be willing to acquire one.
You must be willing and physically able to climb a ladder and get on roofs to take pictures.
Responsibilities:
Prospect residential homeowners and set appointments.
Prospect commercial businesses and set appointments.
Educate homeowners and business owners on our exterior product line.
Represent our company in a professional and respectful way.
Maintain your contact databases weekly (we provide the apps)
Organize and maintain your own schedule.
Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service.
