Due to an upcoming retirement, Tractor Central is seeking a proactive parts sales consultant for our location in Arcadia, WI.
Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge of parts used in ag & turf equipment
Solid computer skills - familiar with standard desktop applications, able to learn and navigate multiple industry specific programs, internet functions, and accuracy in data entry.
Superior customer service skills
Strong verbal communication skills - in person, and by phone
An understanding of general mechanical/technical terms.
Job Responsibilities:
Selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
Performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
Provide superior customer service offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction.
